Everything, from your favorite brand of chips to tender cuts of meat, is available for online orders from your desktop or mobile device, meaning you’ll have access to the diverse products and brands your family loves. Shoppers can take advantage of the same affordable prices found in stores, as well as the same great savings found in our weekly circular and digital coupons application.

Ordering Hours:
24 Hours a day, 7 days a week

Pickup Times:
Monday – Sunday, 10am – 6pm. There is a 3 hour period required to complete online orders.

How do I sign up and start shopping?

Simply login or create an account at www.firelakefoods.com. Select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your cart.

What methods of payment are accepted?

At this time the only forms of payment accepted for this service are credit/debit cards.

When will my credit card be charged?

At the time of checkout you will pre-authorize a hold on your card that will include the price of the items in your cart plus a provisional hold of $5 or 10% of your total purchase whichever is greater. The provisional hold will account for any price variance on variable weight items (meat and produce), substitutions and any applicable taxes. The final charge to your card will not happen until your personal shopper has collected all your items and rang them up at the register. The final charge typically varies from the pre-authorized estimate due to variable weight items, in-store promotions, and substitutions or out-of-stock items.

Am I able to use my SNAP or WIC benefits to place an order online?

No, due to federal regulations, SNAP (food stamps) or WIC benefits cannot be used as a method of payment for online orders.

How soon can I pick up my order after checkout?

Each order can be scheduled for pick up as soon as 3 hours from checkout.

What if my preferred pick up time is not available?

We currently have pick up times scheduled for every 30 minutes. If your preferred time is not showing in the list of available times then that slot is already taken and you will have to select an alternate time.

Can I come early to pick up my order?

You will receive an email when your personal shopper begins the picking process as well as when your order is completed and ready for pick up. You are welcome to pick up your order at this time or at your scheduled time, whichever is convenient for you.

What are the hours that I can pick up an order?

FireLake Foods ON THE GO! pick up hours are from 10am-6pm daily. The latest an order can be placed for same day pick up is 3pm (for 6pm pick up).

Where do I pick up my order?

Your personal shopper will deliver your order directly to your car. We have designated ON THE GO! parking spaces located in the front of the store. Just look for the green signs and green striped spaces.

Is there a minimum order amount required?

There is not currently a minimum amount required to place an order.

How will my personal shopper know when to bring my order out?

Call or text us when you are on the way or when you arrive and your personal shopper will bring your groceries out as promptly as possible.

What is the cost for this service?

Orders over $25 are free. If your order is less than $25 there is a 4.95 service fee.

Will I still be able to earn points on my FireLake Foods Perks & Payback card for orders placed online?

YES! You will still be able to earn points to your Perks and Payback Card same as if you were shopping in the store.

Will I still be eligible to receive a FOOD FOR FUEL voucher?

YES! When you spend over $50 on eligible items you will receive a FOOD FOR FUEL reward voucher that can be redeemed for 5 cents off per gallon of fuel. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the store they were awarded from.

Are ad items available to order online?

Yes, the ad is available. You will even have the ability to add items to your cart directly from the pages of the ad using our clickable circular. Please keep in mind that pricing for ads change weekly on Wednesday. If shopping on Tuesday for Wednesday you will not receive the ad pricing for the previous ad. All pricing will ring up at the register at the retail on the day of pick up even if added to the cart the previous day.

Will the quality of my meats, produce and fresh product be the same quality as if I were shopping?

FireLake is passionately committed to offering fresh quality product all the time. Our trained Personal Shoppers will select only the freshest produce and best cuts of meat as if they were shopping for their own families.

What happens if you are out of a particular item that I want to purchase?

During the checkout process, you can select if you would like to allow substitutions. Indicate Best Comparable, Same Brand (Different Size), Same Size (Different Brand), Same Price (Different Brand/Size) or No Substitution. Your Personal Shopper will make substitutions as needed.

Can I add to my order after I have completed the checkout process?

Yes! You can add to your order up until the time that your personal shopper begins picking the order for pick up. To add to your order you can either follow the “click here to view your order details” link in the confirmation email and then choose the “add to order” button or you can go to the My Account page where you can choose your order and click the “add to order” button from there.

Can I return items ordered online if I am not satisfied?

We ask that you verify your order at time of pick and confirm the items you ordered meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied, we will work to make sure you get the item you hoped for or we will offer a refund/credit.

What if I miss my scheduled pick up time?

We will hold your order for one hour after your scheduled pick up time. At that time we will begin the process of re-stocking the items to the shelf. You will be assessed a re-stocking fee of $5 or 10% of your total order, whichever is greater.

Are all items available online that are available in the store?

At this time we have about 75% availability of items online that are in the store. We are working to offer as many items as possible and hope to improve this offering on an ongoing basis. Currently alcohol and tobacco are not available for online purchase.

Do I need to have confirmation to pick up my order?

We ask that you either print your confirmation email or have it available on your phone to show us at time of pick up. If you will be sending someone else to pick up the order then we ask that you notify us of that in the comments section when you check out and also make sure that person has a copy of the confirmation email.
