As a valued community partner, Citizen Potawatomi Nation takes great pride in contributing to events within the communities we serve.

The first step in requesting a donation is to fill out a donation request form. This is done by clicking on the green “Request a Donation” button below.  Each donation is reviewed individually and takes approximately two weeks.  Thus, we require at least a two-week notice before the sponsorship and/or event for the donation to be even considered. Once a decision has been made on your donation request, we will notify you via email or phone.

Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to approve all requests.
